I know many of midnight hustlers spend late nights drinking Red Bull and coffee trying to get our business off the ground. But with the late nights and too much caffeine we end up being really tired and anxious.
During the last few weeks I been really anxious dealing with all the crazy stuff life brings. So today I’m sharing how I distress when anxiety tries to get the best of me. 1. Focus on one task at a time before working on something else 2. Aim to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day 3. Practice meditation 4. Stretch lightly for 10 - 15 minutes 5. Drink a cup of tea 6.
