What is the standard production time?
We do our best to hand assemble each piece as quickly as possible. The current production time is 1-3 business days. In the unforeseen occasion we are waiting on supplies and the production time is extended we will be sure to email you.
What is the shipping fee for domestic orders and when can I expect my order?
Our domestic orders ship for a standard $6.00 fee via USPS. Estimated delivery time is three (3) to ten (10) postal business days and begins on the date postmarked. Delivery by a specific date at a specific time is not available. However we will contact you once the item is shipped.
What is the shipping fee for international orders and when can I expect my order?
Our international orders ship for a standard $14 fee via Air Mail (can take 1-3 weeks, no tracking number included). If you have not received your order within 21 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please let me know at exclusivejewelry.sb@gmail.com.
What is the return policy on www.exclusivesb.com?
You are welcome to return your unworn jewelry within 10 days for full return not including shipping fee. Please email exclusivejewelry.sb@gmail.com indicating that you’d like to make a return. Also include the name of the item (s) you’d like to return. We will ask you to ship us your existing item. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund you right away. Please note jewelry cannot be worn before returning.

Before mailing a package out, our mail team checks each piece to make sure that it will meet the customer's standards. We know that mistakes and accidents happen, though. Should your item arrive damaged, we will do our best to either A) have it quickly and carefully repaired or B) send a new piece out. Please email exclusivejewelry.sb@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery if this is the case.
How do I take care of my plated base metal jewelry?
Gold-plated jewelry is made by covering a base metal, usually silver, with a very thin layer of gold. Since the gold layer is so thin and reactive with silver, it will eventually wear away despite your best attempts to preserve it. This wearing away process can take as little as a year depending on whether a barrier was created to separate the silver and gold layers.
Usually, a copper barrier will be used to slow down the reactive process. With the copper barrier, the gold-plating will still wear away, but it will take much longer than a year for it to do so.
Gold-plating is usually used as party or costume jewelry. However, if you are unable to afford gold or gold-filled jewelry, there are several steps you can take to preserve your gold-plated jewelry.

- Cotton cloth Non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth
- Keep gold-plated jewelry away from hard surfaces. Bumps and scratches will cause the gold layer to wear away faster.
- Store your gold-plated jewelry in a velvet lined jewelry box, or wrap it in a soft material that will prevent scratches.
- Lightly wipe your gold-plated jewelry with a damp cotton cloth. This will help to eliminate any dirt or dust from accumulating on the surface and wearing away the gold layer.
- Use a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth and gently rub the gold-plated jewelry to restore shine.
